Got seen an hour after my booking by a barber who didn’t even come through my hair before cutting so the cut is uneven. I felt there was less care barbering female hair. After that he applied a gel on the hair which left it with a blue tint as it’s bleached blonde. On my way out I got called back as they thought I hadn’t paid. This is probably as a result of being seen a lot later than my allocated time and someone not paying attention to the bookings list.
