The place and overall experience was horrible. I booked on Treatwell and they saw me after 1h30 mins without even offering me anything for the delay and mentioning they didn’t see the reservation on Treatwell. The place is dirty, the service was awful, the only average thing was the hair but they made me pay extra £5 for a blow dry when I booked for a blow dry but they said it’s different from other shops. What an horrible experience. I’d like a refund and I don’t trust Treatwell as I used to

It was okay. I arrived late but they still took my request for a cut which was good. It was very busy so they wanted me just in and out quickly. They didn’t have the stylist to do a professional women’s cut so they gave me a business card to call back.
