I’m not actually sure the person stated DID do my hair as 3 different people did it.
I paid £18 on the app for a wash/blow dry. No-one would wear their hair as it was blowed dried alone, a frizzy mess, so I had straightening irons go over it which was an extra £12! I was informed I should have selected ‘wash, set, blow dry’ (2.5 hrs), it wasn’t ’set’ and took 45mins total. I also had a complaint about my last hair cut, but no-one responded either on email or mobile phone I’ve used regularly.

I always had a great experience. But today, one of the barbers didn’t finish my beard properly. I told him I needed a haircut and a shave up for an important shooting. I didn’t realise that he didn’t finish my beard until I got home, he basically did half my beard. I’m very disappointed. I told him to be mindful and he did opposite, I need a refund.
