It was my first time getting a head spa and absolutely loved the experience. It was super relaxing, service was very friendly and also addressed my concerns. Would 100% recommend!

The therapist was extremely helpful and immediately understood my scalp condition. She took the time to explain the treatment process and customized it to address my dryness and irritation. The session began with a deep scalp cleanse, followed by a hydrating massage that not only soothed my scalp but also left me feeling completely relaxed.
I absolutely loved this experience, it was my first time getting a treatment like this one and Mimi was so informative, super helpful, and really amazing at what she does! Will definitely be back.
Had their Japanese Hair Spa experience and, wow! I feel like I ascended to another plane of existence. So deeply relaxing and calming and my hair has come out so shiny! Treat yo self, you won't regret it!
Great Japanese head spa experience and such amazing service from Mimi. I have now been around 4 times, and she always is so friendly and comforting, and we always have a great chat. She is super knowledgeable about haircare having been in the industry for years developing haircare products, which is a real benefit.
I have tried a few head spas in London, and this is the friendliest and fullest service with microscope, massage and steaming all included unlike some places which charge extra for some services. Highly recommend!
