My friend recommended this head spa after I told her about my problem and I gave it a try. I left with my scalp feeling so refreshed and no more itchiness and pain. The therapist showed me some tools to use at home for my shower routine instead of the hundreds of shampoos I was given by doctors and and now, after 2 months my hair has never had that problem anymore.
Excellent! I went to relax and I found out my scalp was full of build up, at the end of the treatment my scalp was so clean and healthy and my hair felt great. The massaging and brushing were so relaxing and the tips Mimi gave me were great!
I had an amazing experience at this head spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly calming and serene. The lady who did the treatment was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the hair science, I recommend this treatment both to relax and if you have hair issues.
The experience was amazing! Very relaxing and very intimate, as if you are in your own room but swap the bed with a spa bed. She was very professional and had very good knowledge about the hair and scalp. She gave me really good advices. She did my head spa wonderfully, I literally fell asleep! Will definitely be referring this and would come back again!
The lady, who is also the owner of the business, is very sweet. I really liked her as a person. Apologies for I cannot remember her name. Also, she was kind enough to accommodate given I was 10-15 mins late to my appointment because of a train delay. I really appreciate that. However, I’ve given 3 stars because I felt the spa in itself doesn’t justify the price point of the scalp detox. She was very sweet but made conversation 50% of the time, which was a little exhausting for me since I went there to basically relax. Also, there was hardly any massage and not enough pressure so it didn’t make any difference to how I felt post the spa. Also, the effect didn’t last very long. My hair felt nice on the day of the spa but was back to being frizzy the very next morning. The person running the business is very well meaning and I am sharing my 100% honest feedback hoping it’ll help her better her service in the future. That’s all.
