I got my eyelashes done from Alex who is a lovely and pleasant therapist. The problem was that when I got my full set of eyelashes (mink) they were somewhat underwhelming in terms of length and volume. When I arrived, I asked about the eyelashes (£69) that I was about to get. She said that they were mink but not REAL mink because they would be too expensive. This made me sigh as she was charging £69 for fake mink. When asking me what I wanted, I asked for natural with an extra bit of glamour. Basically I wanted my eyelashes to be noticeable but not doll like. When she handed me the mirror after, I was somewhat underwhelmed. They were thinner than my actual eyelashes. She said if I wanted fuller 6D ones, it would cost £99. I followed aftercare and most of my eyelashes fell out by the next day. I returned and she offered me the £99 ones in compensation which I agreed. They were also, thin and although more of them, did not look even as good as the lashes you can get in other salons for half the price. I am sad that this is the case and I will never return. I wish I could get my money back and go somewhere else. Alex is a very nice woman and made me feel comfortable. But cheap thin lashes for a high cost will not bring returning customers! Sorry!
