I woke up early on a Sunday to get to my 9.15am appointment. It’s a shame the staff didn’t do the same! I waited outside in the cold for 15 minutes ringing the doorbell and calling the phone multiple times but it was obvious no one was inside. I even went to get a coffee and then came back after and still no one was there. I suffer with migraines due to back pain so really needed the massage this morning so I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism. Only good thing is that I chose to pay at the venue so I don’t have to chase them to get my money back!
