Really hot, really sweaty but there is a shower on site. The experience can be personalised with different scents, levels of temperature and massage machine intensity. Some people fall asleep in the cabin but I felt really relaxed after the treatment - I slept well that night.

Such a lovely experience. The facilities are clean and relaxing, and staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Thermotherapy was amazing, perfect treatment for cold grey winter days!
