Fabulous place, helpful and friendly staff. We had a great time. Staff brought out a Banksy-inspired mini cake for my daughter’s birthday, which was a lovely touch. Our massages were wonderful and the spa was lovely and quiet when we were there - the lounge was a great area to hang out and relax. A gorgeous, top class hotel experience, thank you!

Bamboo walls and wooden floors lead to soothing water features and a centralised relaxation lounge, offering a cosseting retreat pre or post treatment. Each of the seven treatment rooms features a slate-walled shower whilst both ladies and gentlemens changing rooms include sauna and steam rooms as well as large sensory showers.
