This is an 8 week course duration 90 minutes per week, to teach how to be mindful and meditate for health and wellness.
Meditation is known to help with sleep problems, stress, concentration, antiageing and pain management to name a few.
The course is also part of an Oxford research project to assess the benefits of meditation and mindfulness.
