CLINICAL, SPORTS & REMEDIAL MASSAGE is the most effective way to bring the muscles back to healthy condition for fitness professionals, runners, bodybuilders, boxers, gymnasts and any other athletes. Remedial massage is used in a therapeutic treatments in injuries and rehabilitation. The main purpose of Sports Massage is to release tension and reduce pain in muscles, connective tissues, ligaments, tendons and fascia at superficial and deep myofascial level. Remedy treatment restores muscle-skeletal system in the body and corrects the range of movement (ROM). Sports massage involves work focused on very specific areas of muscle fibres therefore the results are felt and visibly noticeable straight after the treatment. Treatment breaks down the scar tissue which often builds up from previous injuries or psychological trauma. Deep Sports Massage will improve flexibility of the muscles and tissues. It is very important to have good range of movement as the inflexible tissues are prone to injury and pain. Increased blood and lymph flow and removal of toxins and waste products from the body are between lots of other benefits of massage. It prevents athletes from injuries caused by overtraining and promotes recovery and healing process. Very often remedy massage helps in stress release or trauma healing. Experienced massage therapist will make sure the experience doesn’t involve pain.

Soft Tissue 'Release Therapy (STR)... A very effective way of releasing tensed and very tight muscles. It works well for pre- and post – event treatments. The pressure is applied onto the muscles fibres and then “locked” into the muscle and a slow stretch is applied to release the tension within the adhered muscle. Soft tissue release therapy is often proven way to improve the range of movement (ROM) and works well with remedial and sport massage it helps to release tension.

Myofascial Trigger Points Release'. Combined together with Sports Massage this is another neuromuscular technique ( NMT ) method to release the tension in the muscles that are shorten. Muscles can become very tight due to long term overuse in incorrect way. Trigger Points Therapy releases the tension of myofascial tissues and muscles.

Muscle Energy Techniques (MET)'. Helps to bring the muscle tone back. Gives great results when combined with Sports Massage or Remedial Massage and other Techniques like Soft Tissue Release. Improves range of motion (ROM) within a joint and flexibility.
