Stress management aims to help you to take back control and to identify sources of stress and limit or prevent their impact on your health. Sessions are tailored to suit the individual, but may include relaxation techniques, reframing methods etc. Therapy treatments are included in this course, but the emphasis is on assisting you to manage your own levels of stress on an ongoing basis .
