Waste of time. The time I booked wasn't available so no point in using this online service. I was contacted to change the appointment for the next day. Then received a text saying I had missed my appointment. ???
Hence I went elsewhre. What ever you do, don't pay in advance.

Booking didn't happen. Paid, got a confirmation from Treatwell about my booking telling me it would be confirmed. Never got that confirmation. Emailed the salon twice never heard back.
Finally after the appointment date had past I called Treatwell, they said that the salon had not confirmed my appointment, they had left numerous voicemails but no one had ever got back to them and that this had happened before with this salon.
Got a refund!
