How do you get stronger and build muscles without bulking up?

I want to get stronger but I don't want to build mass. How do I do that?

Combine Fat Burn = Intese Cardio/ Low Weight High Reps (2 sets of 15) = Kettlebell Training/ High Weight Low Reps (1 sets of 4 -6)
