I'm looking for a work-out buddy in Warfield, Berks. Anyone interested?

Hi I'm 44 living in Warfield. Now the kids are pretty grown up I have more time on my hands and I would love to find a local lady to buddy up with for local walks, maybe a fitness class, and to swap ideas on food plans to aid weight loss etc. Perhaps the odd coffee too? Please drop me a line if you are feeling the same and need someone to meet with for motivation. If enough people respond we could have a small group of us.
