Crest contains peroxide which might damage your teeth. I went with a peroxide free alternative called Stella white strips and they have done an amazing job :)

Yes Crest Whitening Strips and other whitening strips such as Listerine Strips, WhiteWash Professional Whitening Strips etc) are safe and effective ways to whiten your teeth. In fact, because the optimum amount of whitening gel is already applied to each whitening strip it is often a lot safer than using tray based systems where patients often tend to overload the trays with whitening gel in the hope that it whitens their teeth faster! (it doesn't!). Make sure that you only use teeth whitening strips that are provided by your dentist and also ensure that you have a dental examination prior to undergoing any whitening treatment.
