How long do results last for Zoom laser teeth whitening & are Crest strips any good?

Had Zoom a few months ago and now they look worse than ever. Should I try the strips or perhaps trays at home?

I went to the dentist before but it was soo expensive so I went with a home kit instead. I saw whitening strips from Stella White that you just apply on your teeth. The kit was £70 for a two week treatment and I got really surprised and happy about the result I got! I can really recommend their products. :-)

Hi Alayne - Zoom treatment is great for brightening and whitening teeth under supervision of a qualified dentist. Results are expected to last 12 - 18 months or as long as the patient can maintain - avoid tea/coffee and dark coloured foods as much as possible and smoking is a definite no no for whitened teeth! Trays and gel are a great way to maintain the result of your treatment and can fit around your lifestyle easily. See a dental hygienist and have your teeth polished up- that's probably all you need.
Your teeth will have faded back a little bit, a few days home bleaching will help the shade get back to previous brightness. You should have a routine of a professional polish followed by some home whitening every 6 months to maintain a whiter colour.

I have been using Zoom for years, after a treatment they is always some fading. It should however never be worse than before the treatment Personally I find that the home whitening is always the best treatment. It allows you top things up of the treatment begins to fade and long term you get more stable results
