My nephew has just turned 2 and is having to wear splints/heavy boots (sorry I don't know the technical term) on his feet at night as he can't put his feet fully down, so is walking/running on tip toes! I wondered if yoga might help stretch his muscles etc and how early he can start? Thanks!
I would say 2 is too young. They are going through a stage of growth in the body so you dont want to put any unneccessary pressure on the joints. I would suggest seeking medical advice as to why he can't put his feet fully down and go from there.
