Can anyone tell me more about super foods?

I'd really like to learn more about the different super foods and what they do so that I can start incorporating them into my diet. Any ideas?

I am an advocate of Green Tea, Soya bean and Akai Berries. These foods are rich in anti-oxidants, minerals and vitamins. Soya isoflavones can also help maintain optimum estrogen levels. There is convincing evidence that all have anti-ageing properties. Combined with a well balanced and healthy diet you should be able to maintain an optimum level of good health.
