Just recently discovered laughing yoga. Are there any classes out there in NYC or London?

Learned about this in NYC and would love to try a class. Adults laugh 15x on average vs a child at 300x. Who doesn't love to laugh?

If you find yourself in Brighton this Friday, June 10th I will be leading a Laughter Yoga session at the Happy Cell at 4pm.
This is in aid of, 'Love Is All We Need', a small UK-based charity that transforms communities badly affected by HIV/AIDS and poverty in Africa. The funds raised will go towards education, healthcare and community projects that enable people to break free from the devastating cycle of poverty.
Lots of taster classes and massage treatments. Open to all ~ simply give a donation.
