Yoga has been a much loved and ever present part of my life. I qualified as an yoga Instructor at the Swami Vivekananda University,Banglore,India .I have been practicing Ashtang yoga and Hath Yoga for the last five years, so it has a strong effect on my teaching style. My teaching method combines the Suryanamaskaar (Sun- Salutation),Asanas (Postures)sequence with precise instructions and explanations of the movements focusing on body alignment and Breath. My classes are customised to help with the complete form of Yoga - Yogic Postures for muscles fitness, weight-loss and body toning, Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) for de-stressing, and Meditation for the relaxing mind and Body. I have been teaching various purpose based yoga in London since 2014 in gyms, schools and in offices. And also personal customized yoga and meditation. I believe strongly that yoga can lead and help one to achieve success at personal and social level.’’ In my studio at Heston-Hounslow currently I am conducting ONE-TO-ONE customized lessons and small group lessons!!
