My practice is dedicated to supporting women through the transformative journey of pregnancy, motherhood and postnatal recovery. I provide specialised prenatal and postnatal massage, together with ScarWork therapy for injury and post-operative scars, including caesarean-section scars.

My approach is centred around thoughtful, personalised care — supporting your body through the physical changes of pregnancy, recovery after birth, and the process of reconnecting with your body as you move into motherhood. Treatments are designed to ease physical tension and discomfort, support mobility and recovery, and promote a greater sense of comfort and wellbeing.

Every appointment begins with a considered consultation, allowing me to understand how you are feeling, what has changed, and what your body needs on the day. Your treatment is then carefully tailored to you, with each session delivered with precision, professionalism and genuine care.

ScarWork therapy is also offered for post-operative and injury scars, including caesarean-section scars, with the aim of supporting the surrounding tissues, improving comfort and mobility, and helping you feel more at ease in your body.

While pregnancy, postnatal care and the motherhood journey are at the heart of my practice, I also welcome both women and men for therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage and sports massage. These treatments are equally personalised, with a focus on addressing individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Falling inexplicably unconscious and double fracturing her jaw led to Jane training in Face Yoga and Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) treatment. She loves how these therapies can have such incredible effect on our emotional and physical wellbeing. Jane has experienced how trauma to the face is particularly intense, and in the same way that interventions can be profoundly powerful. Bespoke Face Yoga and TMJ sessions online are for anyone who has experienced face trauma or pain, either pre or post surgery, as well as for general physical and mental health.
