My approach draws on a blend of Eastern and Western massage traditions, combining breathwork, flowing massage techniques and targeted pressure points from head to toe. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to how you are feeling in the moment, recognising the close connection between physical and emotional wellbeing.

I trained at the Leeds College of Complementary Therapies, gaining an ITEC Diploma in Massage Therapy and a Level 2 qualification in Complementary Therapies in 2014. I began practising as a home-based therapist, creating a gentle and welcoming setting where women could take time for themselves and restore their energy.

Alongside my practice, I worked for over 11 years at Medical Protection, within the area of litigation support for dental and medical professionals. This role deepened my appreciation for the importance of wellbeing, balance and the emotional demands placed on those in caring professions. After taking time out to start my family, I returned to massage therapy full-time, driven by a renewed passion to support women through nurturing, intuitive and restorative treatments.

Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, cooking, travelling, and most importantly, spending time with my family. These parts of my life continue to inspire my practice — reminding me of the value in slowing down, creating space, and reconnecting with ourselves.
