Her qualifications include Remedial-deep tissue, Holistic, Pregnancy, and Ayurvedic massage. Additionally, she is an Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Breathwork Instructor, RYT +700 yoga teacher, certified Ayurvedic Practitioner DAPC, and holds a B.Sc. in Psychology.
