I’m Rosa, a compassionate and intuitive massage therapist with over a decade of experience. All my treatment times refer to hands-on time. My approach is holistic and personal. I work with the whole person, body, mind and soul — and tailor each treatment to meet you where you are. I listen to what’s said and what’s unsaid, and I hold space for you with integrity, warmth and professionalism.

Before starting my practice, I trained extensively and worked in hotel spas and high street salons, building hands-on experience while deepening my skills. In 2015, I completed my CIDESCO, ITEC and Mary Reid qualifications at the Mary Reid Spa Academy in Edinburgh. This was followed by a Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology from Scottish Massage Schools in 2017, and a Diploma in Sports & Remedial Massage from Western School Massage in 2021 — a proud achievement during the height of the pandemic.

Since then, I’ve continued investing in specialised training, including:
