• Any cancellation made within less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the cost of your treatment.
• If your plans change, you can reschedule your booking up to 12 hours in advance before your appointment.
• If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to book an appointment. No-show appointments will be charged the full appointment fee.
