Important Accessibility & Arrival Information
Our treatment room is located within a historic Mayfair building. Due to the heritage nature of the property, access is strictly via stairs. There is no lift and no ground-floor treatment room available, making the physical space unsuitable for wheelchair users or individuals with severe mobility impairments.
To ensure all clients are safely and comfortably accommodated, we are pleased to offer the following alternatives and adjustments:
• Virtual Skin Consultations: If you cannot physically visit the Mayfair salon, you can book a comprehensive digital consultation. We will analyze your skin via video call and recommend or ship bespoke product regimes directly to your door.
• Front Door Assistance: If you can navigate stairs but require a helping hand, a slower pace, or guidance from the street entrance up to the room, please let us know in your booking notes so we can meet you at the door.
• Extended Appointment Times: We will do our best to add complimentary buffer time to your booking so you never feel rushed getting up or down the stairs. Please message us before booking to arrange this.
