I am a fully qualified massage therapist , Pilates and Yoga Instructor with 9 years of practice. I specialise in Sports , Holistic, Swedish , Pregnancy, Hawaiian and Chavutti Thirummal massage, Mat Pilates and Hatha Yoga. I am also a part time tutor providing massage workshops for individual clients, colleges (City Lit, Goldsmiths ) and companies (LCP Dance Theatre). The core of my professional activity is a belief that knowledge of anatomy, physiology and different therapeutic techniques is of crucial importance in therapeutic process but it cannot guaranty success itself. It must be accompanied by high level of care, respect and communication. We are similar but also different, therefore each therapeutic session must be always designed individually, tuned to physical, mental and emotional condition of a person.
