My name is Ruth, founder of Heartfelt Hands Therapies CIC. I’ve been a Shiatsu practitioner and bodyworker for over 20 years, with training in Shiatsu, Movement Shiatsu, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Reiki, Somatic practices, and Taoist body-mind traditions. These therapies transformed my own health and wellbeing, and now I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies in the same way.

Run by Yoko Ohara (registered member of the British Acupuncture Council), Oriental Holistic at Neal's Yard Remedies provides a range of therapies (Japanese acupuncture, facial acupuncture, Shiatsu, Swedish massage, Thai yoga massage, facial rejuvenation).
