I’ve been a Shiatsu practitioner and bodyworker for over 20 years, with training in Shiatsu, Movement Shiatsu, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Reiki, Somatic practices, and Taoist body-mind traditions. These therapies transformed my own health and wellbeing, and now I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies in the same way.
