Free parking is usually available on nearby streets. Please note the following short parking restrictions:

• Pope's Lane: 9–10am and 2–3pm, weekdays on one side.
• Lionel Road: 9–11am and 5–7pm on weekdays; Saturday–Sunday: 2–4pm.

If you are not satisfied with your treatment, we are happy to offer a redo to fix or improve the result.

• A redo appointment must be booked within 14 days (2 weeks) of your original appointment.

• Redos are offered for the same service only and cannot be exchanged for a different treatment.

• After 14 days, we will consider the service complete and no redo will be offered.
