Free parking is usually available on nearby streets. Please note the following short parking restrictions:

• Chandos Avenue: 10–11am and 3–4pm, weekdays.
• South Road: 9–10am, and 2–3pm weekdays.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for nail services.

If you are not satisfied with your treatment, we are happy to offer a redo to fix or improve the result.

• A redo appointment must be booked within 14 days (2 weeks) of your original appointment.

• Redos are offered for the same service only and cannot be exchanged for a different treatment.

• After 14 days, we will consider the service complete and no redo will be offered.
