At For Rest Studio we combine massage therapy, yoga and sound to create a space where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel more at home in yourself.

My approach is holistic. I offer Swedish or Deep Tissue massage to release any tension in your body and mind. You can also choose to include gentle movement, breathing exercises or singing to help regulate your nervous system. You'll leave feeling more balanced and calm, with tools you can apply to your daily life beyond the treatment.

Each session is tailored to you. We’ll start with a short check-in to get a sense of how you’re feeling and what you need. After the session, there’s time to rest and integrate the experience before returning to your day.

📍On Monday, Sunday and weekday evenings, I'm based at For Rest Studio in Liverpool – a beautiful, healing space at the top of Lodge Lane.

🚙 Fridays, I offer mobile treatments across Liverpool postcodes. I’ll confirm your booking by email once it's made.
