I’m Jodie Hazel, the heart and soul behind Natural Vibes Wellbeing. My journey into energy healing began in 2012 when I discovered Reiki during a difficult period of insomnia, anxiety, and adrenal fatigue. What started as a desperate search for relief became a life-changing awakening. Through Reiki, I released years of stuck energy, healed old wounds, and rediscovered my true self.

As an empath, I spent years unknowingly absorbing the energy of others, which left me drained and unwell. Reiki gave me a way to clear, realign, and live from a place of flow. It transformed my mental health, my physical wellbeing, and even supported me through a high-risk pregnancy where I used Reiki daily for both myself and my daughter, Demi. That experience deepened my trust in universal energy and awakened my purpose: to share these powerful healing techniques with others so they too can find peace, resilience, and freedom.
