Every first appointment, includes a free 30 minute consultation. Your first treatment will include taking a history, examination, treatment, re assessment and after care advice.

Sports physio and holistic therapy helps to calm you down, treat your injury, relieve stress, anxiety, depression, increase dopamine, circulation, which promotes healing and cell proliferation so your muscles grow back stronger if you are injured :)
