Rob moved to Norwich and opened the doors to Focus 4 Fitness (a personal training studio and sports therapy clinic). 2025 marks the official next chapter as Rob establishes his business from home due to significant sight loss caused by Retinitis Pigmentosa.

Rob has been a leading figure in the health and fitness' industry since 2003, bringing over 20 years of expertise to clients across London, Surrey, Norwich, and now worldwide through online training and coaching.

With a proven track record, Rob has helped individuals of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds achieve a wide range of goals—from weight loss and muscle building to improving mobility, recovering from injury and increasing overall health and well-being.

Exceptional Qualifications and Expertise

Rob isn’t just another trainer or coach; he is among the elite Level 5 Personal Trainers and Sports Therapists in the UK, holding over 75 professional qualifications.

His journey began with a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training & Sports Therapy, and he has continued to expand his expertise ever since. With a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and advanced training in mobility, anatomy, and physiology as a Level 5 Sports Therapist, Rob offers a truly comprehensive approach to health, fitness, and rehabilitation that sets him apart. He is an England Athletics Coach in Running Fitness and a British Triathlon Federation High Performing Coach Program graduate (Level 3).

A Passionate Athlete and Role Model

As an accomplished para triathlete, Rob embodies dedication, resilience, and a passion for fitness. Competing in triathlons of all distances—including the British Para Triathlon Super Series—he has also completed marathons and a variety of endurance challenges in cycling and swimming. Currently, he is striving for podium success in 2025, demonstrating his relentless commitment to excellence.

Strength & Conditioning / Personal Training and Sports Massage based in an independant Studio Gym (AOT Sports Brentford).

Option to book 1-2-1 Personal Training (1 hour) or Sports Massage Therapy (40min) and also combinations of both.

Specialised in Sports Massage Therapy & Scar Work, working with musculoskeletal injuries & scars (although the appearance of scars may improve the primary focus on scarwork is helping improvement movement following injury or operations as opposed to cosmetic appearance) as well as day to day tensions.

The massage treatment will use a variety of techniques to help clients to relax and improve their range of movement.

Personal Training - specialised in Strength & Conditioning, working with any level from starting out on a fitness journey to full on sports person looking to improve strength and performance on a periodised program. Sharon is also an athletics coach (primarily sprints and jumps) and competes as a masters athlete in Long Jump and 100-400m.

Sharon is also a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Yoga teacher & Athletics coach, so treatments may include guided exercises (if necessary using the space within the gym itself), along with follow up exercises to help your journey back to pain free movement or the sport that you love.
