1. Appointment Scheduling
We strive to offer personalized one-on-one appointments wherever possible to ensure you receive the best service and attention.
2. Cancellations
Kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
In the case of a "no show," where no prior notification is given, the full service cost will be charged.
Clients must cancel their own appointments via Treatwell, if the cancellation is within the time frame, no charge will incur.
3. No Shows
A "no show" is defined as a missed appointment without any prior communication.
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment will be charged the full service fee.
4. Complaints
We highly value your feedback. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify your stylist immediately or reach out to management before leaving the salon.
We are committed to resolving any issues professionally and confidentially.
5. Zero Tolerance Policy
Shapeshift Hair and Beauty operates a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abusive language, aggressive behavior, or harassment.
Individuals displaying such behavior will be asked to leave and will be denied future services.
6. Health and Safety
The health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priority.
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
We adhere to strict hygiene protocols, including thorough sanitization of tools and equipment after each use.
7. Minors
