With a background in Psychology & Sociology and extensive experience traveling across the Americas and the Caribbean, Tiahna has been deeply inspired by traditional, alternative and sustainable ways of living.
Committed to helping others navigate life’s challenges while staying true to their creativity and purpose, Tiahna empowers clients to harness their strengths and create meaningful change. Looking ahead, she is working toward establishing a wellness centre that integrates holistic practices, coaching, and sustainable living - offering a space for balance, clarity, and transformation.
