Tiahna, the founder of Tía Titi Holistic Coaching, is a passionate Master Practitioner & Teacher offering Reiki, Coaching, and Divination services, both in-person and online.
With a background in Psychology & Sociology and extensive experience traveling across the Americas and the Caribbean, Tiahna has been deeply inspired by traditional, alternative and sustainable ways of living.
Committed to helping others navigate life’s challenges while staying true to their creativity and purpose, Tiahna empowers clients to harness their strengths and create meaningful change. Looking ahead, she is working toward establishing a wellness centre that integrates holistic practices, coaching, and sustainable living - offering a space for balance, clarity, and transformation.

ARIA HAIR is an innovative salon which was newly refurbished over lockdown. Our welcoming salon is situated in Windsor, offering a range of treatments for all your needs including a newly built barbers. The salon opened it's doors in 2008 and has since continued to provide quality services and a reputation within the Windsor area.
