All nail treatments are done on natural nails only, meaning I do not offer extensions (however, I can offer a paper nail form if one nail has broken to add the length to match the others). I want you to feel as comfortable as possible. If you’d like a little peace and quiet during your treatment, just choose the Quiet Time option when booking — no need to chat, just relax and they will leave you to chill.
I do not remove BIAB previously done by another salon. That is not offered in my treatment menu. If you book in for gel removal and come in with BIAB, I unfortunately will have to refuse the service and the fees still apply. The same applies if you are expecting extensions - I will be unable to do your treatment and you will still be charged, unless you are happy to go ahead without extensions.
