I’m Kerry — a holistic therapist, Reiki Master and sensitive soul who believes in the quiet strength we all carry within.
Kerry Knight Holistic Well-Being was born from my own healing path — shaped by grief, anxiety, burnout, and deep personal transformation. I know how it feels to be overwhelmed or lost, and I also know the gentle beauty of finding your way back to yourself.
This work isn’t something I trained in just to do — it’s something I live.
It’s my heart’s way of reminding you:
You are not broken.
You are not too much.
You are not alone.
My intention in every session is simple:
To hold space.
To listen deeply.
To help you feel safe, calm, and gently reconnected to your own inner light.
At Kerry Knight Holistic Well-Being, I offer:
• Reiki-infused massage for deep rest and nervous system calm
• Reiki (in-person or distance) to restore balance and quiet the mind
• Walk & Talk therapy in peaceful nature settings
• Heart Guidance Conversations for emotional support and inner clarity
I’m based within Aesthetics4you Clinic in Hailsham, East Sussex.
Some of my services are also mobile — including nature-based Walk & Talk sessions — or available online if you prefer support from the comfort of home.
I don’t offer quick fixes or labels, just a grounded, heart-led space for you to explore your well-being in your own way, at your own pace.
