• Appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or reduced service time.
• Removals of enhancements done by another nail technician may incur additional charges.
• Any add-ons (e.g., nail art or French tips) must be requested at the time of booking to ensure adequate time is allocated.
• Photos of intricate designs must be sent at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in refusal of the service.
