If you are more than 10 minutes late, or do not turn up, Treatwell will automatically mark your appointment as a “No-Show” and after 10 minutes, will re-open the slot to others. The full-service fee will be charged + you will need to re-schedule.

• Cancellations / Rescheduling:

Please do this on Treatwell, at least 48 hours before your appointment. Treatwell automatically charges the full-service price for cancelling / rescheduling within 48 hours of your slot. Future appointments will be charged for in advance.

• Health & Safety:

We take our clients’ health very seriously. For your own well-being, we will not treat nails that are damaged, infected or bruised in any way.

• New Clients:

Please show up to your appointment, on time, with nothing on your nails, unless you have booked in for our BIAB/Gel (only), removal services. We do not offer Acrylic removals, this will need to be removed elsewhere, prior to visiting our salon.

• Infills:

To maintain professional standards, we only offer Infills, to our returning clients. We can only infill nails, created by -MANIFEST- using -MANIFEST- products and colours.
New Clients, are required to book in, for a full BIAB/Gel New Set. We can infill our creations, in 2-4 weeks time; book infills during your New Set appointment to avoid disappointment.
