For a professional and friendly welcome why not visit our Wellbeing Center and Skin Clinic on the outskirts of Drighlington close to J27 of the M62 and Ikea. We offer holistic and complementary therapies and natural beauty treatments. Also on offer in our large studio are Hatha Yoga classes every Tuesday Evening at 7pm and Thursday morning as well as Meditation Class on Tuesday Evening. We also run separate courses on Reiki training, Holistic and Beauty Training Courses accredited through Beauty Guild. Therapies available at the Center include, Reflexology, Thai Yoga Massage, Aromatherapy and Hotstones Massage, Indian Head Massage, Ear Candling and Reiki healing. See our website for a full list of our therapies. Our beaty treatments include facials, waxing, eyebrow tinting, manicure, pedicure and gel nails. New to the Center are IPL and Radio Frequency Hair Removal and Face and Body Contouring with skin Tightening Treatments. The products we use are Natural Essentials, Natural Spa all of which do not contain any harsh chemicals and are kind to the skin. Samina Mineral Makeup is also available to order. Amanda Joy is a massage and complementary therapy centre based at the Spa Bottom Treatment Rooms, located within the beautiful and tranquil grounds of Rudding Park Estate near Follifoot, Harrogate. Therapist Amanda has been working and studying in the field of complementary medicine since 1999 and offer Traditional Chinese Acupressure massage, Thai massage, Aromatherapy massage, Indian Head massage, Reiki, Reflexology and much more. Amanda, who is a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing, is ready to heal your body naturally. For her, the body is made up of mind, body and spirit, and all three must be in working order so that good health can be achieved. She works with different modalities to help to keep the three in balance. She utilizes a holistic approach to therapy using massage, hypnotherapy and mindful techniques with an emphasis on identifying and addressing current stressors, exploring past experiences to enable you to develop positive life patterns.
