Maria's passion lies in blending Eastern and Western methods. She has received training at the London School of Massage and various Ayurvedic institutions in the UK and Kerala. Her qualifications include Remedial-deep tissue, Holistic, Pregnancy, and Ayurvedic massage. Additionally, she is an Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Breathwork Instructor, RYT +700 yoga teacher, certified Ayurvedic Practitioner DAPC, and holds a B.Sc. in Psychology.

During your first session, a consultation form will need to be completed. If you have any major Health concerns, please get in touch in advance. If you need to cancel your reservation, kindly do so as far in advance as possible. If you need to reschedule for a different time on the same day, please get in touch, and I will do my best to accommodate you if there are any available slots.
