Please note 1: by booking this service/product, you give permission for Treatwell and/or our beauty company to ask for a review if and after the treatment is completed.
Please note 2: we are offering heavily discounted off-peak treatments (after 5pm), for September and October 2025; for one treatment for new customers only. But a condition of these is that you must leave a review on Treatwell after completing the treatment, without charging any extra for the time you take to complete and fill out the review.
Please note 3: There is the possibility of staff being ill and/or unable to attend bookings, or us having to close the salon/clinic for other reasons. In these cases, we will contact you ASAP, and offer alternative dates and times; however if you do not agree to alternative dates and times, we will transfer full refund to you for any specific affected treatment(s) you have paid for. We will not provide extra compensation or gifts if we are late or have to rescheduled appointments, and by booking you agree not to charge/fine us for any cancelled or late appointments.
