To provide the highest standard of service for every client, please note the following:

• Minimum spend for all mobile appointments is £30.
• Mobile appointments are available only within approximately 15 minutes' travel from the salon (including normal traffic).
• Any parking charges are the responsibility of the client.
• Please ensure there is a clean, hygienic, and suitable working area available. Maintaining excellent hygiene is essential for both your safety and mine.
• The room should have comfortable lighting and a suitable temperature, as this helps me carry out treatments safely and achieve the best possible results.
• Please ensure children and pets are supervised during the appointment so I can work safely and without interruption.
• If you're unsure whether your address is within my mobile service area, please contact me before booking.

Jade Chantelle Hairdressing is a specialist hair service, based at the owner’s residence off Princess Road in Withington since 2013. Haircuts, colouring services and everything in between are provided by a fully qualified, knowledgeable and experienced hairdresser.

A visit here is a relaxing time and Jade has a friendly and accommodating approach. Any new colour clients are asked to complete a skin test a minimum of 24 hours before your first appointment.

If you cannot attend an appointment, please let Jade know as soon as possible. Jade has a 24 hour cancellation policy, if this isn’t met a charge will be incurred.
