Things to note: We are appointment only clinic. This means no walk in. All bookings are accepted via booking app or via our website. We do not have receptionist which means arrive on time to be let in the clinic, fill in your digital consultation forms online prior to your appointment and we may be unable to pick up our phone calls during busy times so leave us a message and we will check in between appointments.
Appointment only clinic also means that we have strict 24 hrs cancellation policy and full fee applies for any alterations to your appointment after this time period. This helps us to cover our staffing costs and welfare.
