Booking policy – please read before booking:

• Cancellations: please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
• Rescheduling: moving your appointment to the next day or any other day carries a £15 rescheduling charge.
• Late arrival: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a late charge from £10 applies and your treatment may need to be shortened or rebooked.
• Patch tests: colour, tint, lash and chemical treatments need a free patch test at least 48 hours before. Returning clients who choose not to have one must sign our patch test waiver.
