Sat is our massage therapist, he is trained in level 3 & 4 Sports massage. He has also completed Kinesiology training (taping and strapping) and Rock blades (tooling massage) with Rocktape and is a Rock Doc.
We have a private residential treatment room as a lot of out customers request out of hours appointments and we are able to accommodate, The room if fully kitted with air conditioning and a comfortable hydraulic bed. Some customers prefer bringing a chaperone due to not being able to drive with certain injuries and we can accommodate that.
We advise wearing loose clothing (gym wear), you may be asked to remove clothing on the effected area and oils will be used so please wear something you do not mind getting oils on.
For the first initial appointment a consultation is completed so please be aware when booking.
